The design and operating principle of the ultrasonic cleaner

The high frequency oscillation signals generated by the ultrasonic generator was transformed by the ultrasonic transducer to ultrasonic waves and then ultrasonic waves were transmitted to the medium of cleaning fluid.The ultrasonic waves in the cleaning fluid with changing sizes creats compression waves in the liquid which 'tear' the liquid apart,leaving behind many millions of microscopic 'voids'or 'partial vacuum bubbles'(cavitation).These bubbles collapse with enormous energy and more than 1000 time of atmospheric pressure,which are like minor blasts removing the dirt of the surface and gaps of the object,They are so small that they can do all-sided cleaning.Howecer,the ultrasonic cleaning does no harm of the objects and doesn‘t affect the precision of the objects surface.
